With my sleep schedule totally out of whack, tonite I'm trying to reset. Dinner out with Candy at American Cafe and they've got Buffalo Shrimp back on the appetizer menu! Got my usual (ribeye), but this time with burgundy sauce and, folks, we got a winner.
Interviewed Candy for the book — gotta lay down her backstory so she is properly introduced. Lots of good stuff, including some great animal stories involving a lamb, a fish hatchery and a racoon. I'll leave you wondering whether those are all in the same story or what.
Did you know that the German Shepard is the third most popular breed in America? Irish Setters are 64th.
