Even More Graves (Unmeaning Flattery)

As you approach the biggest fallen tree at the abandoned boneyard at The Greenway, you can see there are even more graves scattered about.

Why is there this big open space between the graves with some one one side of the graveyard and the rest on the other side? Caste? Room for growth? Picnic area?

Ponder at will.

Tom Waits "Real Gone"

Tom Waits is like that distant uncle who does cool stuff, but you don't know him very well and you don't spend as much time with him as you know you should. For reasons still not clear to me, I've been delaying going through his catalog for years, even though his music is a myriad of fascination. Real Gone is no different, with it's trashy half-breed of a 3AM juke joint vibe and a brilliantly paleolithic interpretation of an ageless dirty, electronic studio.
