All Hallow's Eve (Unmeaning Flattery)

A couple of years ago, we spent our last evening in Prague racing across town to the Vysehrad Cemetery to shoot some pictures during Magic Hour, that 45 minute window of time at dusk when light from the fading sun casts everything in an unusual palor. Unfortunately, the cemetery was locked and, due to our unfamiliarity with the area, we were not able to set up the camera in time for Magic Hour. None-the-less, we managed to take some pretty good shots by shooting above, below and through the old iron fence around the graves.

Ethereal beauty in shimmering tones and barely-there rhythms. This re-defintion of ambient music is more cast member than score in the under-appreciated Steven Soderbergh masterpiece. Not only in my regular rotation for years now, but it's set my mood while writing the book.
