Four Words

For years I've explained that the secret to losing weight can be summed up in just four words:

Eat less, move more.

I was reminded of this when I saw a great four-word bumper sticker this morning:

Wag More Bark Less

Candy is still dealing with chronic pain. Three epidurals later and no long-term relief. Today the anesthesiologist (the fantastic Dr. Joshua Fuhrmeister) prescribed her some anti-seizure medicine. Not because she is having or is in danger of having seizures. It can also be used to alleviate nerve pain. He's also going to back to the books and try to figure out what might be going on with her.
