Danger: Caving Ground

Whenever I saw this sign on the side of the barn, I stopped, frozen in my tracks, fearful that my next step might cause me to plummet into the earth.

I realize now that the sign wasn't a warning for The Farm. You woulda thought that with all that bedrock under my feet I would have realized that ground was pretty firm in this neck of the woods.

Among the handful of things that still remain unchanged from the old days of The Farm this sign is the one that I want to own some day.
