Days Are Getting Shorter (Unmeaning Flattery)

A little over a week ago I started writing about my dad's hunting camp, but I got bogged down in it, then Candy wanted me to go to lunch with her on her day off and I never got back to it. I'll finish it soon, but in the meantime enjoy this first of several photos I took this morning a little bit before 7AM as the sky was starting to brighten.

Low "Christmas"

Ever see that holiday commercial for The Gap with the ultra-slow version of "Little Drummer Boy"? This is the album it came from. The songs are all over the map, but they all speak of snow, wise men and heartache. Buy this disc and enjoy it on a long, slow shuffle throughout your chilly December evening that always starts too soon (damn that setting sun) but never lasts long enough.
