Manatee Surfacing

Words fail me in my attempt to explain what it's like to hear an aquatic mammal surface for air nearby. For the time being I'll stick with how I described the buffalo in that dream last year: North American, primordial nobility.

Those aren't the right words, but they're the first words that come to mind.
