My father-in-law, George Jarrell, Sr., is 71 years old today.
Those of you who are regular readers of my blog... if you like barbershop quartets, you should check out the web site for The Jamestown Harmony Express. It is your Link of the Day, and I have enjoyed working on it over the years for George and all his barbershop buddies in Jamestown, New York.
In addition to his barbershop duties, George has played a very active role in the volunteer fire department for Jamestown and Chautauqua (learn more about the Chautauqua Institution), and he's always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. In short, George is a real class act (and I promise I'm not just saying that 'cause he's my in-law). I'm honored to know him and be a part of his family. He's got a great mom (Esther, who I've talked about before) and his daughter's not bad either.
